Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we deliver only within the United Kingdom. This allows us to keep service reliable and consistent. If this changes in the future, we’ll be sure to share the news.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, with deliveries made Monday through Saturday. A tracking link is sent as soon as your order is on its way.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Every order includes free shipping, with no minimum spend and no special conditions.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Venmo, and Visa. All payments are securely processed using SSL encryption.
Can I return an item if it doesn’t work out?
Of course. You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return. Simply email us at support@louviner.com and our team will guide you through the steps.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
After your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Do you offer exchanges?

My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
First, check the tracking link sent to your email. If more than 7 business days have passed since shipping and your order hasn’t arrived, please contact us and we’ll look into it promptly.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to make changes or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we’ll do our best to assist.
